Maintenance Division
The Maintenance Division is an extension of our Commercial Construction Division. It offers the same construction services on a smaller scale.
Our objective is to establish a long-term maintenance program that remedies minor operational glitches without impacting the facilities daily operations.
We have entered into master service agreements for national retail firms as well as building specific arrangements.

Floor Demo Division
This division performs a niche demo service. We have the equipment to remove any type of existing floor surface to accommodate the new flooring materials.
This service is generally utilized for:
Pre-lease Agreement – Flooring is removed prior to architectural design to clean-up building envelope
Floor Demo Specified – Working directly with architects, design consultants, and floor covering subcontractors to complete the specified scope of work
